This was a two-pronged solution. One was to centralize the format in which practitioners could send their mileage for reimbursement, the other was to build an RPA automation that took their mileage information submitted, calculated the dollar amount to be reimbursed, and submitted an invoice to finance for the reimbursement to be processed.
