Our Process

Part 1: RFP & POC Preparation

• Requirements Definition: Refine requirements (ICM complexity, territory/quota logic, governance, Admin/Seller experience) and design clear user stories/use cases.
• POC Asset Creation: Define sample datasets, document compensation logic, and consolidate all into a Vendor POC Information Pack (Requirements, Stories, Data, Scoring, Expectations).
• Vendor Coordination: Manage NDAs and act as the single point of contact for clarifications.

Part 2: POC Execution & Independent Oversight

• Process Governance: Lead the POC phase, provide PMO support, and track progress against agreed criteria.
• Q&A Management: Normalize and ensure consistent sharing of vendor questions and responses.
• Evaluation & Review: Support scoring against the matrix, facilitate workshops, assess integration/architecture risks, and conduct external reference checks.

Decision Support: Provide the final vendor recommendation input with documented rationale.
