Responsibilities
- Provide project status, critical path deliverables and ensure adherence to agree upon timeline
- Develop presentations to train associates on the different modules and their possible uses
- Work with leaders/associates to identify the use and workflow of each of the modules
- Will work on design, development, testing and deployment of ServiceNow solutions
- Perform user testing and validation of developed changes to the ServiceNow platform
- Develop reports and dashboards
- Assist with ServiceNow documentation
Requirements:
To succeed in this position, you must have:
- Good knowledge on ServiceNow Portal and CSM
- Good Knowledge on SQL, Java, JavaScript, Python and RDBMS
- Ability to learn quickly and apply learning to problems/activities
- Excellent Communication Skill
- Must have minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences/IT/or related Engineering
- Prefer ServiceNow Certification
