Additional service centre to enable 24-hour customer support
Houston, 7th November 2019 – Lanshore LLC today announced the launching of a new operations centre in Glasgow Scotland.
After many years of providing managed services from Costa Rica with local support in EMEA and North America, a growing demand in Robotics Operations in addition to the traditional Sales Performance and HR Business Process Outsource has led to the expansion and the new centre.
This will now allow Lanshore to offer full 24-hour support, something customers are looking for when they outsource global robotics support in particular.

Lanshore expect to grow this centre in line with growth in the Costa Rican function to support Robotics Operations, Business Process Outsourcing and Turnkey Services in their specialist domains.
The new facility will enable Lanshore to further capitalize on its position as a leader in Sales Performance, HR and Automation Consultancy in the US and internationally. Robotic Process Automation and AI are key areas of focus for Lanshore, building on its established Sales Performance Management and HR Consultancy business.
