Increasing focus on Robotics Customer Success
Houston, 14th November 2019 – Lanshore LLC today announced the appointment of Wes Milam as VP of Robotics Customer Success.
Following significant growth in their Robotics Process Automation customer base, Lanshore recognised the need to make a significant appointment to ensure the success of robotic Services. With many customers now using RPA services on a widespread basis to support critical processes within their businesses, appointing Wes to oversea the customer journey was an natural progression in Lanshore’s Robotics practice.

This appointment follows the recent announcement of the operations centre in Glasgow which will allow Lanshore to offer full 24 robotics support, strengthening their service offering.

Wes Milam joins Lanshore from UI Path where he ran public sector sales. He has enjoyed a long and accomplished career in software service both public sector and commercial sectors.
