Variable pay was administered in Excel. The spreadsheets couldn't keep up with plan complexity, and errors were eroding rep trust — but the team was wary of change.

We implemented an SPM platform sized to the plans, migrated the spreadsheet logic, and ran change management so admins and reps came along.
