Houston, 14th November 2019 – Lanshore LLC today announced the appointment of Wes Milam as VP of Robotics Customer Success.
Following significant growth in their Robotics Process Automation customer base, Lanshore recognised the need to make a significant appointment to ensure the success of robotic Services. With many customers now using RPA services on a widespread basis to support critical processes within their businesses, appointing Wes to oversea the customer journey was an natural progression in Lanshore’s Robotics practice.

This appointment follows the recent announcement of the operations centre in Glasgow which will allow Lanshore to offer full 24 robotics support, strengthening their service offering.

Wes Milam joins Lanshore from UI Path where he ran public sector sales. He has enjoyed a long and accomplished career in software service both public sector and commercial sectors.

Lanshore announces new operations centre in Glasgow

Additional service centre to enable 24-hour customer support

Houston, 7th November 2019 – Lanshore LLC today announced the launching of a new operations centre in Glasgow Scotland.

After many years of providing managed services from Costa Rica with local support in EMEA and North America, a growing demand in Robotics Operations in addition to the traditional Sales Performance and HR Business Process Outsource has led to the expansion and the new centre.

This will now allow Lanshore to offer full 24-hour support, something customers are looking for when they outsource global robotics support in particular.

“Choosing Scotland for this facility was an easy choice for us.” said Doug Erb, CEO. “The quality of the service offered there is so high, the people are fantastic. It allows us to offer a seamless support function switching from Costa Rica to Scotland.”

Lanshore expect to grow this centre in line with growth in the Costa Rican function to support Robotics Operations, Business Process Outsourcing and Turnkey Services in their specialist domains.

The new facility will enable Lanshore to further capitalize on its position as a leader in Sales Performance, HR and Automation Consultancy in the US and internationally. Robotic Process Automation and AI are key areas of focus for Lanshore, building on its established Sales Performance Management and HR Consultancy business.

Lanshore raises $2million in funding to support continued growth. Second round of funding: SBA trade loan through Third Coast Bank SSB.

Lanshore LLC is excited to announce successfully raising $2 million funding from an SBA trade loan through Third Coast Bank SSB. The funds will be used to support both international growth and further domestic expansion.

The new investment round will enable Lanshore to further capitalize on its position as a leader in Sales Performance, HR and Automation consultancy in the US and internationally. Robotic Process Automation and AI are key areas of focus for Lanshore, building on its established Sales Performance Management and HR consultancy business.
