SPM covers Incentive compensation management and all associated process and architecture. The benefits of automating Incentive Compensation are well documented and for many of our customers their SPM solution is a core business critical solution. Total Pay encompasses the managend and communication of all aspects of performance, benefits, compensation, reward and recognition to the employee base. From solutions that work with employees collaborating on goal setting processes to salary review and bonuses. Total Pay also incorporates non-monetary rewards and recognition.
Within HCM, our main focus is the compensation and reward functions. We have much experience both with the overatp and integration with Total Pay and Sales Performance Management systems and architectures and also with the compensation modules in most HCM systems.
