If you have never worked in a Nearshore team you will find the experience different and enjoyable. When a person has only worked in a public or local business cannot imagine how different is to work for an international company as part of a Nearshore team. First of all, you will deal with people from outside your country, you might have your boss living hundreds of miles away as well as some of your coworkers.
By applying the company’s values and policies, you learn how to treat your customer from an international company point of view and how to behave yourself within the organization. This way you know what the company would expect from you in all the fields. In addition, you will know new people from different countries and cultures and will have the chance to practice and learn another language.
These companies want that their employees to have a great working environment to keep them happy and enthusiastic about their job. You will always hear that they have a special budget for activities, such us team buildings inside or outside the office, internal sports championships and more. For instance, here in Lanshore, we celebrate all of our birthdays with a cake with all the team. We can even bring toys to the office to play during our free time. Those are small things that money cannot buy but makes you have a stable and happy job.
