We are seeking a Consultant (ideally with 1-2 years’ experience) to support and deliver the technical aspects of product deployments for Robotic Automation Process (RPA) and Incentive & Compensation Management (ICM) customers.

Initially the Consultant will provide remote Support to clients whose solutions have been deployed into a Production environment to track and manage issues arising and provide work- arounds, fixes and solutions.

This is a technical support & consulting role which will lead to the direct interaction with customers to understand their business issues and to design and implement creative solutions to integrate the data with RPA and ICM solutions.

Qualifications
Education to degree level in Computer Science or related subject

Job Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues arising from their deployments of the RPA and ICM solutions
Using Client Support technologies to administer, track and manage issues
Prepare Root Cause Analysis for issues
Implement & support customer deployments of the RPA and ICM solutions for clients
Integrate RPA/ICM applications with other enterprise systems and data sources
Work closely with customer and Lanshore team members on all technical aspects of a Lanshore deployment, including but not limited to – data mapping, integration design and implementation, report design and implementation.
Work with other experienced Lanshore Consultants to share best practices and knowledge
Work closely with Lanshore’s offshore team in Costa Rica to deliver successful solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

Required Skills/Experience:
Knowledge of MS-SQL stack and SSMS
Knowledge of data handling and SQL
SSIS for Azure
MS Visual Studio specifically Report Designer
Excellent technical and analytical skills
Comfortable working in a Windows environment
Working with Cloud-based solutions
Excellent organisational skills, ability to set own task lists and time lines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
Ability to work in a team
Demonstrate interest and ability to communicate across technology and business boundaries
Willingness to travel up to 10%
